Easy Breakfast Pizza

Easy Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast pizza are fun to make and you can really add any of your favorite toppings to make this pizza. What sets this breakfast pizza apart is the avocado cream sauce from my pork carne asada tacos. You’re gonna love it!

Ingredients

For the Dough: 4 cups flour
1 1/2 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
For the Toppings: 1 cup prepared pizza sauce
1 cup Chef Bryan’s Avocado Sauce from his Pork Carne Asada Tacos
1 dozen eggs, scrambled
1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
1 small onion, sliced
1 medium baked potato, thinly sliced
4 cups shredded cheese, I like to use mozzarella

Instructions

1
To make the dough add the flour, water, olive oil, sugar, salt and instant yeast to the bowl of your mixer. Mix and knead dough for approximately 15 minutes. transfer the dough to a large bowl that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Spray the dough with vegetable spray, cover and let it double in size.
2
Divide the dough in half and roll/spread each dough piece into about 16 inch rounds or the desired size you want.
3
To make the pizza sauce combine the ingredients for the avocado sauce (from my pork carney asada tacos) with the prepared pizza sauce and blend everything together in your blender until smooth and creamy.
4
Divide the sauce, cheese and toppings between the two pizzas and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the pizza is cooked and the dough edges are golden brown. Cut into serving pieces and enjoy!
