Ingredients

1 pound beef Sirloin Tip Steaks, sliced 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned pepper blend or garlic-pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons reduced-fat or fat-free blue cheese dressing
4 medium flour tortillas (8 to 10-inch diameter), warmed
4 romaine lettuce leaves
Toppings: Sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1
Cut the beef Sirloin Tip Steaks into 1-inch wide strips by stacking them and cutting lengthwise, then crosswise.
2
In a medium bowl, toss the beef strips with seasoned pepper blend or garlic-pepper seasoning until evenly coated.
3
Heat 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add half of the beef strips and stir-fry for 1 to 3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium rare (use a meat thermometer to check). Avoid overcooking. Remove from skillet and repeat with the remaining beef strips and oil. Season with salt to taste.
4
Spread the reduced-fat or fat-free blue cheese dressing evenly on the warmed flour tortillas.
5
Place a romaine lettuce leaf on each tortilla.
6
Divide the cooked beef strips and desired toppings, such as sliced tomatoes and sliced red onion, among the tortillas.
7
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
8
Serve and enjoy these delectable Steak and Blue Cheese Wraps immediately.
