Ingredients

1 package lo mein noodles, cooked and set aside
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Stir-fry the shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add more oil if needed, then stir-fry the mixed vegetables and garlic until tender-crisp.

Return the shrimp to the wok and add the cooked lo mein noodles.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the noodles and shrimp.
