Ingredients

2 cups rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup almonds, toasted
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Add rehydrated sun-dried tomatoes, toasted almonds, garlic, basil leaves, and olive oil to a food processor.

Pulse until finely chopped and a thick paste forms.

Season the Capuliato sauce with salt and pepper to taste, then pulse again to combine.

Transfer the sauce to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate until you're ready to use.

To use as a pasta sauce, add about 1/3 cup of pasta water to thin the sauce and coat your cooked pasta with it.
