Ingredients

12 flour tortilla wraps
1 pound bacon, cooked
2 cups chopped ham
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup dill pickle relish
1/3 cup almond slivers
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tomatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1
Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface or large tray.
2
Cook the Bacon: Cook the bacon to your desired level of crispiness and set aside.
3
Create the Deviled Ham: In a food processor, combine the chopped ham, chopped onion, dill pickle relish, almond slivers, shredded parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Pulse until finely chopped. Add the mixture to a large bowl and fold in enough mayonnaise to create a spreadable consistency.
4
Assemble the BLT Wrap: Begin by placing a few pieces of cooked bacon on a tortilla. Add slices of tomato, romaine lettuce, sliced red onion, and a dollop of mayonnaise. Roll the tortilla up like a burrito, slice it into halves, and serve with your favorite side dishes.
5
Create the Deviled Ham Wrap: Spread the deviled ham mixture onto a flour tortilla. Add your choice of toppings such as extra lettuce, tomatoes, or other vegetables. Roll up the tortilla and serve with your favorite sides.
6
Season to Taste: Add salt and pepper as desired to enhance the flavors of your wraps.
