Sunrise Pinwheel Scramble: A Wholesome Morning Delight

Start your day with a burst of flavor and nourishment! Chef Bryan Woolley shares his delightful Rise and Shine Pinwheel Scramble recipe, a vibrant twist to your breakfast routine. Packed with Oakdell Eggs, savory ham, and a medley of fresh veggies, this recipe promises a savory and satisfying start to your morning.

Ingredients

2 large flour tortillas
1 dozen Oakdell Eggs
1/2 cup chopped ham
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup finely diced bell pepper
1 cup grated cheese
2 tsp steak seasoning
Cooking spray

Instructions

1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a twelve-top muffin tin with cooking spray. Set it aside.
2
In a large mixing bowl, combine Oakdell Eggs, chopped ham, green onions, bell pepper, grated cheese, and steak seasoning to taste. Whisk until well combined.
3
Cut the flour tortillas into 12 equal strips. Roll each tortilla strip and place one in each muffin compartment.
4
Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tins, distributing evenly.
5
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the pinwheel scrambles are baked through.
6
Serve your pinwheel scrambles with sliced tomato and avocado on the side for an extra touch of freshness. Elevate your dish with freshly chopped vegetables for added vibrancy.
