This recipe is courtesy of Rhodes Bake and Serve Dough.

Ingredients

16 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature (enough for 2 pizzas)
4-5 cups cooked, cubed chicken
16-ounce jar of salsa
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 teaspoon cumin
15.5-ounce jar of salsa con queso dip
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed nacho-flavored corn chips
1 cup sour cream

Instructions

1
Begin by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2
Lightly spray your counter with non-stick cooking spray. Take 4 of the thawed dinner rolls and flatten them into a 13-inch circle. Place this dough onto a 12-inch pizza pan.
3
Roll another 4 rolls into a 13-inch circle and cover them with plastic wrap.
4
In a mixing bowl, combine your cooked chicken, salsa, corn, BBQ sauce, and cumin. Mix everything well.
5
Spread half of this tasty mixture over the crust on the pizza pan. Now, remove the plastic wrap from the second dough circle and place it over the top of the chicken mixture. Seal the edges of the dough together securely.
6
Bake your pizza in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Once done, remove it and spread half of the salsa con queso dip over the warm pizza.
7
Carefully sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese along the outer edge of the pizza. Return the pizza to the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese to perfection.
8
After removing the pizza from the oven, place it on a cutting board. Cover everything on the pizza with half of the crushed nacho chips, except for the melted cheese edge.
9
Slice your Stuffed Candy Corn Pizza into wedges and decorate the pointed end with sour cream.
10
You can repeat these steps to make a second pizza and enjoy your delightful meal!
