Sizzling Eggs Flamenco Delight: A Chef Bryan Woolley Creation

Indulge in the culinary magic of Chef Bryan Woolley with our Eggs Flamenco recipe, a symphony of flavors that will dance on your taste buds. Perfectly crafted with fresh ingredients, this dish is a delightful fusion of eggs, potatoes, and chorizo, creating a symphony of flavors that’s both hearty and satisfying. Let’s embark on a journey of culinary bliss!

Ingredients

4 large Oakdell eggs
1 tablespoon of premium olive oil
1 finely diced onion
Vibrant green bell peppers, diced
2 cloves of minced garlic
8-10 ripe Roma tomatoes
1 teaspoon of aromatic smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 large potato, peeled and diced
1 pkg chorizo, 1 pound
Freshly chopped parsley for a burst of freshness

Instructions

1
Begin by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2
Heat up a splash of premium olive oil in a generously sized oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Toss in the diced onion, bell peppers, and roasted potato, allowing them to sizzle for approximately 5 minutes until they start to soften.
3
Add the minced garlic and let it join the fiesta, introducing the chorizo to the party. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chorizo reveals its rich, flavorful oils.
4
Shred the fresh tomatoes in a food processo and add the tomato pulp, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to the pan. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to mingle and the sauce to embrace a delightful thickness.
5
Create small wells in the tomato mixture, gently cracking the Oakdell eggs into each well. Sprinkle the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper for that personalized touch.
6
Elevate the experience by transferring the skillet to the preheated oven, allowing the flavors to crescendo as the dish bakes for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs reach your desired doneness.
7
The grand finale awaits! Garnish your masterpiece with a flourish of freshly chopped parsley, adding a burst of color and freshness. Serve this culinary masterpiece hot and revel in the applause of delighted taste buds.
