Ingredients

1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast
6 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Dressing: 1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Begin by arranging the chopped romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl, creating a lush green base for your Cobb Salad.
