1 1/2 cups chopped spinach
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 small onion, sliced
5 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for Mushroom and Bacon Quiche: 1 9-inch prepared pie shell
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup cooked and chopped bacon
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Directions for Mushroom and Bacon Quiche: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread the sliced mushrooms, chopped bacon, sliced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese into the prepared pie shell.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture into the pie shell.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the quiche is baked through.
