1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
4-6 cups canned beans
6 cups beef stock
2 packets Goya Sazón seasoning (Spanish seasoning)

Instructions

1
Prepare the Smoky Pork Ribs: Season the pork ribs with your favorite smoky seasoning and roast/smoke for 12 hours at 225 degrees. Remove from the oven/smoker and allow it to cool. Shred the meat and remove the bones.
2
Create the Flavorful Base: In a large pot, combine the freshly chopped tomatoes, diced onion, garlic, taco seasoning, chili bean paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and canned beans (including the liquid). Simmer this delightful mixture for 20 minutes to let the flavors meld and the tomatoes cook down.
3
Incorporate the Smoked Pork Rib Meat: Add the prepared smoked pork rib meat, beef stock, and Goya seasoning packets to the pot. Give it a good stir to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
4
Taste and Adjust: Take a moment to taste your creation and adjust the seasoning as needed to suit your palate.
5
Serve and Savor: Ladle out generous portions of this Smoked Pork Rib Chili into bowls. Serve it piping hot and relish the robust flavors, tender meat, and heartwarming satisfaction.
