Ingredients

12 oz cooked ham
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 celery stick, chopped
2-inch peeled and chopped carrot
1/4 cup pimento-stuffed olives
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1
Finely chop the cooked ham in a food processor or blender. Alternatively, chop the ham by hand for a chunkier texture.
2
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped ham, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, celery, carrot, olives, onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Ensure thorough mixing for an even flavor.
3
Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings to your liking. Add more salt, pepper, or other seasonings as desired.
4
Transfer the deviled ham mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.
5
Serve the deviled ham with crackers or spread it on bread for a delightful sandwich. Enhance the presentation with additional pickle relish or chopped fresh herbs. I added the deviled ham to my grilled cheese sandwiches and served them with homemade tomato soup.
