Ingredients

1 package little smokies
2 pounds bacon, strips cut in half
1 cup prepared BBQ sauce
1/2 cup prepared pepper jelly
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
Oil for deep frying

Instructions

Wrap each little smokey with half a strip of bacon, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.

Deep fry each bacon-wrapped smokie until the bacon is crispy and cooked through. Once fried, arrange them on a large platter.

For the dipping sauce, in a small saucepan, combine the prepared BBQ sauce, prepared pepper jelly, ketchup, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and toasted sesame seed oil. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat, stirring to combine everything. Set aside until cooled.
