Ingredients

4 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1-2 pounds bacon
Fresh fruit of choice

Instructions

1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2
In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet (preferably cast iron), place 4 tbsp butter and pieces of 1 strip of bacon. Put it in the preheated oven to melt the butter, cook the bacon, and heat the pan.
3
While the butter is melting, blend 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1/8 tsp salt in a blender until smooth.
4
In a food processor, pulse 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1/2 bunch of fresh parsley until crumbly.
5
Remove the pan from the oven when the butter is melted and bubbling, then pour the batter into the hot pan. Sprinkle the parmesan mixture and return the pan to the oven.
6
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the Dutch baby is golden brown and cooked through.
7
Cook the bacon as desired and prepare the fresh fruit. Serve with the Parmesan Garlic Dutch Baby for a delightful culinary experience!
