Ingredients

3-4 cups shredded chicken
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 large stalk celery, coarsely chopped
1 medium-sized carrot, coarsely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
Large flour tortillas
Cheese
Lettuce
Tomatoes
For the Homemade Ranch Dressing: 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/4 cup freshly chopped dill
1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

In a food processor, combine shredded chicken, parsley, dill, celery, carrot, and onion. Pulse until finely chopped.

Transfer the chicken mixture to a large bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread a portion of the chicken mixture onto a large flour tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and your preferred cheese.

Roll up the tortilla tightly, similar to a burrito. Slice it in half and place it on a plate.
