Ingredients

For the dough: 8 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups warm water (105°F - 115°F)
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon yeast
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 balls of pizza dough
2 cups BBQ sauce
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups pulled pork
2 cups red onion, thinly sliced
2 cups green bell pepper, thinly sliced
Olive oil for drizzle on top of pizza

Instructions

To make the dough: In a large bowl of your mixer, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.

Pour in the warm water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.

Knead on low speed for 5 minutes, or until the dough comes together.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.

Preheat oven and pizza stone to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).

Roll each dough portion out into a 12-14 inch round.

Spread 1/2 cup bbq sauce onto each pizza. Divide toppings (shredded cheese, sliced onion, shredded pork, sliced bell peppers and any other toppings you choose) between the pizzas.

Drizzle some olive oil over the top of the pizza.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
