Pork Ribs

Pork Ribs

Cooking pork ribs is simple with your pressure cooker. The secret is finishing the ribs on a hot grill and then tossing them in bbq sauce. Serve the ribs with your favorite sides.

Ingredients

1 rack bone-in pork ribs (approx 2-3 pounds)
1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
1 cup water
1 cup bbq sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1
Slice the bone-in pork ribs so they fit into your pressure cooker.
2
Toss the ribs in the teriyaki marinade and place them on to top of a steam rack in your pressure cooker.
3
Pour the 1 cup of water into the bottom of the pressure cooker and pressure cook the ribs on high for 20 minutes.
4
Let the pressure release naturally.
5
Carefully remove the ribs and mark them on a hot grill and cut them into individual ribs after marking them.
6
Toss them in the bbq sauce, serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
