Seahive Veggie Flatbread

Seahive Veggie Flatbread

This delicious spring cheesy flatbread is so delicious with Seahive Cheese. Mix and match your toppings to your own likes and enjoy an extremely tasty cheesy flatbread! Here’s a link to my wonderful pizza dough.

Ingredients

1 batch Chef Bryan’s pizza dough
2 cups shredded Seahive Cheese
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 small yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped asparagus
1 small onion sliced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 lemon
Olive Oil
Fresh Basil

Instructions

1
I like to use my pizza dough recipe: https://cookingwithchefbryan.com/recipe-view/blt-pizza/ but you can use whichever pizza dough you like.
2
Pre-heat your oven and pizza/baking stone to 500 degrees.
3
Portion out the dough so you can roll out a 16 inch pizza round. Place the dough on your pre-heated pizza stone and cook on one side, turn over and cook on the other side (about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from the oven and set the flatbread aside.
4
Heat a sauté pan and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Caramelize the sliced onions, remove from the heat and set aside.
5
Drizzle one side of the flatbread with olive oil and sprinkle one cup of the shredded Seahive Cheese over the bread. Top with 1 cup of the shredded Seahive Cheese and top with the thinly sliced zucchini, yellow squash and caramelized onion. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top, sprinkle with salt and pepper as needed and place it back onto the pizza stone and bake until the cheese has melted.
6
Remove from the oven, slice, serve and enjoy!
