Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 pound chorizo, casings removed
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing horizontally through the middle, creating a pocket for flavorful stuffing.
