Delicious Pepperoni and Cheese Sliders Recipe

Delicious Pepperoni and Cheese Sliders Recipe

Welcome to an incredible culinary journey with our Pepperoni and Cheese Sliders recipe, created by the talented Chef Bryan Woolley. These mouthwatering sliders are the perfect combination of savory pepperoni, gooey cheese, and aromatic herbs, all nestled within freshly baked Rhodes Texas Rolls. Get ready to delight your taste buds with this simple and scrumptious dish! Serve with my potato soup for an extra delicious treat.

Ingredients

1 package of baked and cooled Rhodes Texas Rolls
Pepperoni slices, to your liking
Shredded cheese, as much as you desire
2 tablespoons of roasted garlic
1/4 cup of garlic oil
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1
Begin by following the package instructions to bake the Rhodes Texas Rolls to perfection. Once they're done, set them aside to cool.
2
After the rolls have cooled, slice them open and generously layer each piece with your favorite shredded cheese and delectable pepperoni slices. This is where the magic begins!
3
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grab a 9x13 baking pan. Lightly spray it to ensure our sliders won't stick.
4
Carefully place the cheese and pepperoni-filled rolls into the baking dish, making sure they're snuggly nestled together.
5
In a small bowl, combine the roasted garlic, garlic oil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix these ingredients thoroughly to create a flavorful garlic mixture.
6
Now, the secret touch: Brush this delectable garlic mixture generously over the tops of your sliders, infusing them with incredible aroma and taste.
7
Bake your sliders in the preheated oven, uncovered, for approximately 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, and take them out when they're beautifully golden and the cheese is perfectly melted.
