Ingredients

1 dozen Oakdell Eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup finely diced dill pickles
1/3 cup finely diced green onion
1/3 cup finely diced parsley
Flour tortilla wraps, lettuce, tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1
Begin by gathering your ingredients, including 1 dozen Oakdell Eggs, hard-boiled and peeled, and 1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed.
2
In a large bowl, place the peeled hardboiled Oakdell Eggs along with the garbanzo beans. Use a fork to carefully mash everything together until well combined.
3
Now, add 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, 1/8 cup of sweet chili sauce, 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/3 cup each of finely diced dill pickles, green onions, and parsley to the bowl. Gently fold everything together to create a flavorful egg salad mixture. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper to taste.
4
To assemble your Oakdell Egg Salad Roll Ups, take a flour tortilla wrap and place a generous spoonful of the prepared egg salad onto it. Add some lettuce and sliced tomatoes to enhance the flavor and texture.
5
Carefully roll up the tortilla, much like a burrito, ensuring all the delicious fillings are neatly tucked inside.
6
Serve your egg salad wraps with your favorite chips or side dish, and savor the delightful combination of flavors and textures.
