1 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
24 garlic cloves, roasted in oil
2-3 sweet peppers, roasted in oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
Juice from one lemon
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp smoked paprika
1-2 tbsp prepared bbq seasoning blend, your choice
24 garlic cloves, roasted in oil
2-3 sweet peppers, roasted in oil
24 chicken drumsticks
10-12 peeled carrots
8-10 celery sticks
24 mini cocktail cucumbers
1 pkg crackers

Instructions

1
In a spacious bowl, combine 2 cups of mayonnaise, 1 cup of finely shredded parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, juice from one lemon, 1 tablespoon of dried basil, 1 tablespoon of dried thyme, 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper flakes, 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, and 1-2 tablespoons of your preferred BBQ seasoning blend. Set this flavorful mixture aside.
2
Using an immersion blender, blend 24 roasted garlic cloves and 2-3 roasted sweet peppers with 1/4 cup of the oil from the roasting. This creates a zesty garlic mixture that will take your dip to the next level.
3
Incorporate the garlic mixture into the mayonnaise mixture and blend until everything is harmoniously combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference. Cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator.
4
Season 24 chicken drumsticks with your favorite BBQ seasoning and roast them in the oven until they are fully cooked. Once done, remove them and allow them to cool.
5
Slice 10-12 peeled carrots, 8-10 celery sticks, and 24 mini cocktail cucumbers into sticks. Arrange them on a large serving platter along with some crackers and the roasted drumsticks. Feel free to add any other dipping items that inspire you to enhance the platter's appeal.
6
Retrieve the chilled garlic parmesan dip from the refrigerator and transfer it to a bowl, placing it at the center of the serving platter. Your Garlic Parmesan Dippers are now ready to be served and enjoyed!
