Ingredients

1/2 cup minced red onion
2 cups garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

2 tbsp finely minced pickled peperoncini peppers
2 roma tomatoes, deseeded and diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown mustard
2-3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
