
Valentine Steak Dinner
Here’s a wonderful dinner for your sweetheart. Grill up some steaks, Â asparagus and a baked potato and finish them off with my delicious Brazilian Chimichurri Sauce.

Ingredients
2 steaks, your choice
2 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 bunch asparagus
2 russet potatoes, baking size
1 recipe Brazilian chimichurri sauce
Instructions

Place the washed potatoes in a 350 degree oven and bake until they are fork tender (about 45 minutes).

Cut about 1 inch off the ends of the asparagus and lightly toss with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill the asparagus for about 5 minutes.

Rub each steak with 1 tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning and grill the steaks to your desired doneness.
