Totally Rad-ish Burger

Totally Rad-ish Burger

Another delicious burger idea from #BobsBurgers incorporating shredded radishes into the mayonnaise to use for the spread on the hamburger bun. This Totally Rad-ish Burger will be a new grilling favorite.

Ingredients

6 hamburger patties, 1/4 pound patties
6 large radishes, finely shredded
2 tbsp finely minced dill pickles
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Condiments of choice (lettuce, tomatoes, onion, ketchup mustard)
Hamburger Buns
Cheese, optional
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Grill the hamburgers until fully cooked, remove from the grill and set aside.

To make the radish spread, make sure the finely shredded radishes are well drained. I like to put them in a fine mesh strainer and press them down to remove excess liquid.

Add the shredded and drained radishes into a medium mixing bowl along with the minced dill pickles, garlic and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste and mix everything together. Use this as the spread on the hamburger buns.

To finish the burger, spread ketchup and mustard onto the hamburger bun and top with lettuce, thinly sliced red onion and tomatoes. Serve with french fries and enjoy!
