Summertime Tuna Fish Salad
Refreshing and delicious, this tuna fish salad is perfect for dinner on a hot summer evening. Mom would make this when I was growing up and to this day it is one of my favorites!
Ingredients
2 cans tuna fish, drained
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 small red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise or more to taste
Carrot Sticks, Cucumber Sticks, Celery Sticks
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

To a large bowl, add the tuna fish, chopped iceberg lettuce, finely minced red onion and the mayonnaise mixing everything together to combine.

Salt and pepper to taste and serve with carrot, cucumber and celery sticks on the side. Mom liked to serve a hard boil eggs with this salad too.
