Ingredients
2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
2 cups brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 limes, peeled
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup beef broth
