Homemade Spinach Artichoke Dip

Homemade Spinach Artichoke Dip

A delicious homemade spinach artichoke dip is always a crowd please. Serve with cheesy nachos on the side, this party favorite will definitely make your party.

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 sour cream
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz pkg)
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered (14 oz can)
2 cups finely chopped spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place everything in a bowl and mix together until blended. I do like to fold in the artichoke hearts at the end. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place in a baking pan (approx. 1 quart pan) and bake in your preheated for approximately 20 minutes or until its just started to bubble and turn brown on top.

Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite chips or crackers. I like to make simple cheese nachos and serve on the side.
