Homemade French Fries
Easy and delicious homemade french fries take a few extra steps to be crispy but well worth it!
Ingredients
6 russet potatoes, peeled
1 gallon vegetable oil
1 gallon vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.

Peel and cut the russet potatoes into french fries.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanche the prepared french fries.

Place the blanched french fries on a baking sheet and into the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them cool down to room temperature.

When ready to fry, heat the oil to 350 degree’s and fry the french fries until golden brown.

Remove the fries from the fryer, salt and serve.
