Chicken Stir Fry
Healthy and fast, stir fries and easy to make. Add any type of protein you want and create your favorite stir fry for dinner.
Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili oil
1 chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 onion sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups assorted chopped vegetables
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1/4 cabbage head, shredded
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp season sauce (I use Golden Mountain)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp corn starch
4 cup cooked brown rice
Instructions

Heat a large wok on the stove and add the sesame seed oil and chili oil. Add the chicken breast pieces and throughly cook through.

Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, chopped vegetables, chopped walnuts and shredded cabbage and saute for 3-5 minutes.

In a bowl whisk the orange juice, season sauce, rice vinegar and corn starch together.

Create a well in the center of the stir fry and and add the orange juice mixture and stir to coat the chicken stir fry.

Serve the stir fry over the prepared brown rice and enjoy!
