Ingredients
1 bone in pork shoulder
1/4 cup favorite pork seasoning blend
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2-3 tsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp celery seeds
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Preheat your smoker or oven to 225 degrees F.
