Cut the dough (lengthwise side) into 8 equal strips and three strips widthwise. Should be a total of 24 squares.
4
Spray a mini muffin tin (24 top muffin tin) with vegetable spray. Carefully press a each crescent roll square into the prepared muffin tins.
5
Cut the brie cheese wheel into at least 24 portions that are small enough to fit in the crescent dough in the muffin tins.
6
Divide the cranberry sauce between the 24 brie bites and spoon over the brie cheese.
7
Chop the walnuts and rosemary together and sprinkle over the top of the cranberry brie bites.
8
Place the prepared bites in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
9
Remove from the oven, cool and serve. Enjoy!
