2 steaks, cooked and thinly sliced
6 cups salad greens
1 cup fresh corn, blanched
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 bell pepper, julienned
1/2 cup fresh peas
1 small red onion, sliced
2 cups diced watermelon, deseeded
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp summer savory
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1
In a large bowl combine the salad green, corn, diced tomatoes, julienned bell pepper, fresh peas, sliced red onion and diced seedless watermelon. Toss everything together and portion the salad greens between four plates.

Steaks should already be cooked and sliced. Carefully divide the sliced steak and place the sliced steak on top of the salad greens. Set aside.

In a medium size bowl add the Worcestershire sauce, extra virgin olive oil, summer savory, tarragon, season salt and black pepper. Whisk the dressing together until combined.
4
Drizzle the dressing over the prepared salad when ready to serve, enjoy!
