Zucchini Chips
Delicious and easy to make, these zucchini chips are a party favorite!
Ingredients
3-4 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 cup powdered parmesan cheese
1 tbsp season salt
6 cups vegetable oil

I like to slice the zucchini in my food processor but you can chop it however you like.

Heat the oil to 375 degree’s.

Fry the zucchini slices in batches so they are not over crowded. I fry the zucchini slices for about 3 minutes and remove them from the oil and let them rest for 10 minutes and than fry them again. I repeat this process 3-4 times until the chips are slightly browned.

After the last fry, remove from the oil and let them drain for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and sprinkle with the powdered parmesan cheese and season salt. Toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
