Weekend Brunch Idea
Here’s a delicious and easy idea for a weekend brunch idea using Rhodes Bake and Serve Orange rolls.
Ingredients
Rhodes Bake and Serve Orange Rolls
6 cups, cubed seedless watermelon
4 cups cubed cantaloupe melon
4 cups cubed honeydew melon
3 bananas, peeled and sliced
4 apples, cored and sliced
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions

Follow the directions on the package to bake and frost the orange rolls.

Create the melon salad by combining the cubed melons into a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine the sliced bananas and apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine and coat the slices with the lemon juice.

Combine the melon and sliced fruit together and toss to combine. Serve the fresh melon salad with the fresh baked orange rolls and enjoy!
