Tuna Melt
As a kid, mom would make tuna melts all the time. These sandwiches are easy to make and delicious. Whip up a batch tonight and try using Beehive Promotory Cheddar Cheese for an amazing burst of flavor!
Ingredients
1 can tuna, 12 ounce can
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
1 carrot, peeled and finely diced
1/4 cup dill relish
1/3 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1 cup mayonnaise
6-8 slices of cheddar cheese
6-8 slices of bread
salt and pepper to taste

To make the the tuna salad, in a large bowl, combine the tuna, diced celery, diced carrot, dill relish, freshly chopped parsley, chopped red onion and the mayonnaise mixing everything together to combine. Taste for salt and pepper and adjust as needed.

Place the prepared tuna melts onto a baking sheet and under the broiler to melt the cheese.

Remove from under the broiler, serve and enjoy!
