Tortilla Pinwheels

Tortilla Pinwheels

Need a fancy appetizer idea for your next get together, try these delicious tortilla pinwheels. You can mix and match the deli meats and cheese to customize your pinwheels for your guests.

Ingredients

1 pkg flour tortillas, burrito size
1 pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
4 green onions, chopped
1 tsp Tajin seasoning
1 tbsp Italian seasoning herb blend
1-2 tbsps Ranch seasoning blend mix
2 tsp black pepper
Deli ham
Cheese slices of your choice
Leafy greens

Instructions

Place the cream cheese, kalamata olives, chopped green onions, tan seasoning, Italian seasoning, Ranch seasoning and black pepper into the bowl of your food processor with the blade attachment. Pulse to combine everything together until well blended. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Place a flour tortilla on your work surface and “shmear” about 2 tbsps of the cream cheese mixture all over the tortilla. Place deli ham (or deli meat of your choice), cheese and leafy greens on top of the green cheese mixture.

Roll the tortilla up into a “log” and slice it into 1 inch medallions or pinwheels, serve and enjoy. If needed, wrap the tortilla log in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to slice and serve.
