Teriyaki Glazed Salmon
This delicious and easy salmon dish uses a freshly made teriyaki sauce. I like to add garlic, ginger and onion to my teriyaki sauce for all kinds of flavors.

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 tbsp minced chopped ginger
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s and bake the salmon fillets for 10 minutes.
2
Meanwhile, add the brown sugar, soy sauce, smashed garlic cloves, chopped ginger, minced onion, chopped green onions and sesame seeds to a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for 5 minutes.
3
When the salmon is finished baking, remove from the oven, and spoon the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and place it back in the oven for about 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
4
Serve with rice and your favorite vegetables on the side. Enjoy!
