Ingredients
8-10 beef short ribs
2 tbsp beef seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 cup beef stock
1 envelope Knox gelatin
Instructions
1
Sear the beef short ribs in a hot pan until browned on all sides.
2
Place the seared short ribs and chopped onion into your pressure cooker. Dissolve the Knox gelatin in the beef stock and pour over the ribs and onions.
3
Seal the pressure cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4
Cook the short ribs on high pressure for 1 hour. Let the pressure release naturally before opening the lid.
5
Check the ribs for tenderness. If they are not fall-off-the-bone tender, cook for an additional 15 minutes and let the pressure release naturally again.
6
Serve these delicious short ribs with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetables on the side.
