Tater Tot Lasagna
Deliciously easy, this tater tot lasagna is a fun dinner treat. My mom would make a version of this lasagna when I was little and I loved it with ketchup. Give it a try and enjoy everyone!
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 jar marinara sauce, 24 oz jar
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 container ricotta cheese, 15 oz container
1 egg
1 bag frozen tater tots, 32 oz package
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.

Brown the hamburger with the granulated garlic. Pour in the marinara sauce and mix together, set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and egg together until combined.

In a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray, add a layer of the hamburger mixture to the bottom of the pan and layer it with tater tots.

Spread another layer of the hamburger mixture over the top followed by some of the ricotta cheese mixture followed by another layer of tater tots.

Finish with any remaining hamburger mixture and ricotta cheese mixture. Sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese if desired.

Bake in your preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until the filling is bubbling and lightly browned on top.
