Sugar Plums

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups prunes
1 cup figs, seed removed
1/2 cup craisins
1 heaping tbsp apricot preserves
1 cup toasted walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
Sugar for coating

In the bowl of your food processor, add the prunes, figs, craisins, apricot preserves, toasted walnuts, cinnamon, cardamon and ground cloves pulsing everything together until it’s finely chopped and combined.

Roll about a tbsp amount of the ground mixture into a ball and roll it in sugar to coat it. Continue until the mixture is gone.

Let the newly formed sugar plums dry out for about an hour before serving. Keep in a sealed contain in the fridge for a few weeks if needed.
