Spicy Tirokafteri Spread

Ingredients
1 cup Feta cheese,
1 Roasted red bell pepper
1-2 teaspoons Red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, chopped roasted red bell pepper, red chili flakes, olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic. (Be sure to scrap off the charred bell pepper skin)

Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. If the spread is too thick, add a bit more olive oil or lemon juice to achieve the desired texture.

Taste the spread and add salt and pepper as needed.

Transfer the Tirokafteri to a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with additional red chili flakes if desired.
