Spicy Chipotle Chicken Tacos with Avocado Crema

Ingredients
1 lb chicken thighs
1 can chipotle peppers in adobo
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 avocado
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lime
8 small corn tortillas
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup diced red onion
