Spicey Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry

Spicey Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry

This easy to make stir fry has so many flavors that you’re going to love. Easy to make and full of vegetables, this dinner idea is a must make.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced against the grain
2 egg whites
2 cups sugar snap peas
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup green beans, snipped
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Korean red chili paste
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp black pepper
6 cups cooked rice
Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Add the sliced chicken to a large bowl and mix together with the egg whites and cornstarch until everything is coated. Let the chicken sit for 30 minutes in the mixture. If longer, cover and refrigerated.

Heat a large pan on the stove and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Add the velveted chicken chicken to the hot pan and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add the minced garlic and green beans sautéing everything together to combine. Sauté for about 3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk the soy sauce, lobster sauce, Korean red chili paste, honey and pepper together until combined.

Pour the sauce into the pan and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve with prepared rice and enjoy.
