Shredded Pork Tostada

Shredded Pork Tostada

I love making these shredded pork tostadas with leftover pork. They’re really easy to make and everyone will love them. Build them with your favorite toppings to create a family tradition!

Ingredients

6 fried corn tortillas
2 cups refried beans
3-4 cups shredded pork
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup sour cream
Chef Bryans fresh salsa

Instructions

1
Roast a pork roast (seasoned however you like) until the internal temperature is 195 degreeā€™s. Let the pork roast rest for an hour until cool enough to shred.
2
To build the tostadas, place a fried corn tortilla on your work surface in front of you.
3
Divide the refried beans, shredded pork and other ingredients between between the corn tortillas.
4
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
