Sesame Chicken Wraps
These delicious chicken wraps are an all time favorite of so many people. Created by Chef Romina Rasmussen, founder and creator of Les Madeleines Bakery .
Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cooked and meat removed
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Butter leaf lettuce, as needed
Rice paper wraps
Prepared miso dressing to taste
Instructions

Chop the cooked chicken meat into bite size pieces and add to a large bowl.

To the bowl add the mayonnaise, sesame seed oil (to taste) along with the green onions, chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds, mixing together until combined, add salt to taste (as needed).

Dip the rice paper wraps in hot water for a few seconds to soften, remove and place on your work surface in front of you.

Place a couple of leaves of lettuce on the rice paper followed by the filling (1/4 cup more or less) and roll the wrap up like you would a burrito.

Sprinkle with some extra sesame seeds for garnish. Serve the wraps with the prepared miso dressing for dipping. You can use any kind of dip you choose.
