Seared Pork Chops with Apples
There are times the most delicious food can be the simplest to make. These pork chops are definitely easy tasty to make for a lunch lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
1 "small" pork loin
5-8 apples
1 medium onion, sliced
2 cups cream
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup stock (your choice)
Vegetable of choice
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat a large sauté pan in the stove and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Cut the pork loin into 6-8 equal pork chops.

Salt and pepper the pork chops and pan sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Remove the pork chops to a plate and set aside.

Slice the apples and add to the pan to saute. Sprinkle with brown sugar and saute for an additional 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with stock of your choice and finish with some cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes to reduce the sauce.

Spoon the apples and sauce over the seared pork chops.
