Seahive Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Seahive Spinach Artichoke Dip

Need a delicious appetizer dip for your next get together? This spinach artichoke dip with Seahive Cheese will be the party favorite!

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 can quartered artichoke hearts, drained (14 ounce can)
3 cups fresh spinach
1 block cream cheese (8 ounces)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 1 /2 cups shredded Seahive Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1
Preheat your oven to 350 degree’s.
2
Heat a large sauté pan on the stove and add enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
3
Add the sliced onion and minced garlic sautéing until very fragrant (about 3 minutes). Add the artichoke hearts and sauté for an additional 3 minutes. Finally add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
4
Add the cream cheese and gently stir everything together until the cream cheese is fully blended and no longer “lumpy”.
5
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded parmesan cheese and the shredded Seahive Cheese. Salt and pepper to taste and transfer to an oven safe baking dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
6
Transfer the spinach and artichoke dip mixture to the oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until bubbly and the top has slightly browned. Remove from the oven, serve with your favorite chips or crostini’s. Enjoy!
