
Scotch Eggs
Scotch eggs are great for breakfast or an on the go picnic. Easy to make and fun to eat, these egg-licious delights will be a family favorite. If your looking another idea with eggs, try my Egg Salad Sandwiches.

Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Instructions

Peel and pat dry the hard boiled eggs. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the sweet Italian sausage with the garlic powder, dried parsley, ground mustard, smoked paprika, salt and pepper until fully combined.

Wrap each peeled, hard boiled egg with the sausage and than gently roll in the panko bread crumbs. Gently press the bread crumbs into the sausage so it adheres.

When ready, deep fry the Scotch Eggs for about 5-6 minutes in 350 degree oil.
