4 cod fillets
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dill
1 tsp celery seed
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced dill pickles
1/2 cup chopped capers
1/4 cup freshly chopped dill
1-2 tsp honey (to taste)
2-3 tsp season salt (recipe below)
1 small cabbage, shredded
Buns for sandwich
Cheese of choice for sandwich
